Applying for subsidies

Requests for subsidies should be submitted to the Board of Education by early November each year.

Applications should be sent to associations@epfl.ch and include:

• The accounts and activity report for the previous calendar year 
   
• If not already submitted during the year, various official documents:  Articles of Association / List of Committee Members / association e-mails / date and report of the latest General Assembly 
   
• The subsidy application form duly filled in! Note that transport expenses (Mobility) should be included in the application!

Having received all the above-mentioned documents, the Board of Education decides whether or not to grant a subsidy and informs the applicant accordingly. If a subsidy is granted, the Association should send a pay-in slip for payment into the Association's account. No payments shall be made to a private individual's account. Associations therefore should have a bank or postal account in the Association's name.

Reminder:

To keep your status as an EPFL acknowledged Association, you should submit each year the same documents as required for subsidy applications (report of General Assembly, Articles of Association if they have changed, list of Committee Members). So as to lighten the paperwork, those Associations which send us the documents required for a subsidy application are exempted from the procedure to renew EPFL acknowledgment.

Reconnaissance associative et demande de subvention

Pour garder son statut d'association reconnue, il est demandé de nous transmettre chaque année des documents identiques à ceux exigés pour les demandes de financement (PV AG, statuts s'ils on été modifiés, liste du comité) .
Pour ne pas nous encombrer d'une administration inutile, les associations nous faisant parvenir les documents nécessaires pour une demande de financement sont affranchies de la procédure de reconduction de la reconnaissance.
